… I thought it would take at least a year to get my Mother’s home ready for sale after she and my Dad lived there for the past 50 years. I was overwhelmed at wondering how we could ever move Mom to a nursing home with all her years of collecting things in every room. As we walked through the house together, you told me to take only the things my Mom wanted to have with her when she moved to LA with me, and to leave everything else in the house, that you would take care of it. You organized the workers to do the decluttering, the garage sales, the floor people, the painters, the gardeners, the stagers. We didn’t have to do anything and we didn’t have to worry about anything. And you were right. In three weeks, the house was ready to go on the market for sale, with great sales results for my Mother a week later. My sister and I both thank you for helping sell our Mother’s house so that she can be near us. Mom is so pleased with the results.
